Couples Counseling

Whether you're navigating early relationship questions, exploring a non-traditional relationship structure, working through a rough patch, rebuilding trust, or simply wanting to deepen your connection, couples therapy creates space for both of you to be understood and to understand each other more fully.

Couples face different pressures at different life stages. New couples might be learning how to merge their lives and expectations. Long-term couples might be managing change, loss, or feeling disconnected. Some couples are exploring or living within non-traditional relationship structures—polyamorous relationships, open relationships, throuples—and need a space where those choices are understood and supported without judgment.

What I've found is that conflict often comes from different parts of ourselves wanting different things. My work with couples is about creating space to explore those differences with curiosity rather than blame. It's about each person being fully seen and heard, and about understanding what your relationship is actually asking of you both.

I work with couples of all relationship structures and configurations. Together, we explore what's happening between you and within each of you, and we move toward greater understanding and connection.
