How it works

The process is simple. First, fill out the Contact form to schedule a free 15-minute consultation. This is a chance for us to talk about what's brought you here and to see if we're a good fit to work together. If it feels right, we'll schedule an intake appointment where we'll dig deeper and create a plan moving forward.

After that, each session is yours. You bring what you need to bring—what's weighing on you that week, what you're working through, whatever feels important. We work at your pace.
